About Me.

Hi there, I'm Sarah and I am the photographer at Sarah Thew Photography. I hope you enjoy looking at my website and see what I love doing for a living! I have been married to Peter for ten years and mother to two beautiful girls who are aged nine and eight. For the past ten years I have been a work from home mum, that allowed me to take photos in and around my beautiful home that is set on the edge of Tynedale, in the picturesque Derwent Valley. Due to high demand I have now opened my studio in Shotley Bridge and 2010 has proved to be a huge sucess for me! I wouldn't have the enjoyable business that I have today if it wasn't for my wonderful husband Peter, who is also a photographer and attends most weddings with me. I have taken photographs for the best part of my life but it wasn't until I had children that I put all my knowledge from High School, Sixth Form and College to good use. Without the support of Peter, friends and most importantly, my family I wouldn't be where I am today and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all.
