After searching for a wedding photographer, we were lucky enough to find Sarah! Sarah's professional, personal and fun approach made her and her husband Peter the only choice for our special day. We loved the work that we saw when we met them at their beautiful home in Ebchester . Sarah quickly got to know us, which really shows in our beautiful wedding images. We had a perfect wedding day, and Sarah captured it all, yet we hardly noticed her for most of the day! All of our guests warmed to Sarah, and it shows in the images that she captured. As we were both able to totally relax with Sarah, we have got some beautiful couple shots which we will treasure forever. As well as the pictures, we also recieved a DVD of all our photos playing our favorite music in the background. I personally like this more than my professional DVD shot on the day and i still cry now when i watch it because every look and emotion has been captured in the beautiful pictures. You have got to get your wedding photographer right, and I would 100% reccommend Sarah Thew Photography. She is honest, reliable, professional, aproachable and i would chose her again and again. Our wedding was never going to be a “traditional or formal” day, we wanted a relaxed garden party atmosphere – a stuffy overpriced photographer intruding our day was definitely not on our list!! Thank heavens for Sarah Thew….after our first meeting Sarah seemed to know exactly what we wanted and didn’t want. Sarah & Peter managed to capture the most natural shots throughout the day and for us this was so much more important than the traditional style of wedding photography! Sarah also knew there were certain parts of our garden we wanted to include throughout the day and suggested turning our summer house into a photo booth in the evening ….best idea ever! The guests loved it and looking back at these photos just reminds us of what a truly brilliant “informal” day we had!
Sarah and Peter were very relaxed and were able to cover the whole day without being obtrusive while at the same time being in the right place at the right time. They have produced a beautiful set of images that capture some very happy memories. Each time we look at our photos we spot somebody’s expression or a clever detail that we missed the first time around. I’m sure we’ll continue to enjoy looking at them for years to come.

When planning our wedding in 2005 we found Sarah Thew Photography – a hidden gem! Sarah was so friendly and professional; we knew at once we wanted her to be our photographer.
